Why Empathy Herbal Exists
Empathy Herbal was created from a belief that well-being is achieved through consistent, small, simple daily actions.
After experiencing how quickly life can change, the focus shifted toward natural ways to support mental and physical health.
That journey led to Indonesia, where traditional herbal wisdom — known as jamu — has supported communities for generations. The emphasis is on balance and nourishment, rather than quick fixes.
Empathy Herbal exists to make that philosophy accessible, combining natural ingredients with modern understanding and a calm, practical approach to living well.
Our Approach to Living Well
As we age, live with ongoing stress, experience injury, or become less active, inflammation naturally increases.
Our approach focuses on safe, sustainable ways to help reduce inflammation over time. It’s about acting early and consistently, helping prevent issues and manage ongoing ones in a natural, measured way.
Lasting health happens through balance — how you eat, move, rest, and care for yourself.
Our products are designed to actively support that bigger picture, as part of simple, sustainable habits that help the body function well.
Empathy in Action
Empathy Herbal’s ethics are reflected in how we operate, not just what we say.
Rather than tracing supply chains from a distance, we work directly with the farmers and producers who grow and make our products — across both Australia and Indonesia.
We support initiatives that protect ecosystems and promote responsible land use in Sumatra, including our collaboration with Project Wings.
We also support the Orangutan Project, which cares for injured and orphaned orangutans affected by habitat loss linked to palm oil expansion.
